Skills and Experience:
- You must be educated to level 5 qualification (or above) relating to PBS and always willing to learning and increase your knowledge and skill set
- You’ll will have previous experience of carrying out behavioural assessments with a Positive Support Assessment.
- You are passionate about the people we support and our colleague’s wellbeing and have the experience of reducing restrictive practices
- You are brilliant at communicating - you find it easy to explain things in a way that is easy for others to understand
- Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism who display behaviours of concern.
- Experience of reducing the use of restrictive practices; including restrictive interventions
- You will have experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of delivering training, workshops and/or teaching adult learners
- Experience of leading individual/team de-briefs
