Are you someone who’s kind, caring, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Our team is looking for someone just like you to join us in supporting a group of amazing adults aged 18 and over.
We’re proud to support individuals with a wide range of needs and personalities. Some are independent, while others use wheelchairs or need full assistance with personal care. We work with both verbal and non-verbal individuals, and we tailor our support to meet each person’s unique preferences and health conditions—including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and continence care.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility
Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities
Driving our team vehicle to outings and appointments (that’s why a Full UK Driving Licence is essential)
Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs
Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment
Shifts
We offer:
Long Day: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
8pm till 8am - Night workers
There are always at least two team members on shift during the day, and one colleague overnight—so you’ll never feel alone or unsupported.
