Who we are and what are our age ranges?
  • We live in 42 self-contained flats onsite
  • We are all aged 65 and above
  • We have Care staff onsite 24/7 to support us with any queries/issues.

    Staff and tenants are extremely proud of Sandy Mount and everything it stands for, there has been some long standing excellent community links established such as working with the community police and local fire brigade, working in partnership with the local authority and housing provider. The tenants at Sandy mount are proud of how welcoming Sandy Mount is.

  • What activities do we to do?

    Sandy Mount activities are based on feedback from tenants, we currently run groups in Zumba/Baking/Quiz/Arts and crafts/Religious celebrations/special events/peer on peer Move more often sessions.

A description of our home and what type of house is it?

Sandy Mount is a 3-story building with 42 flats onsite (single and double occupancy). Sandy Mount is purpose built and is accessible and modern.

What parking is available? Onsite carpark with 15 spaces.

How many colleagues are on shift at any one time?

4 staff on an early shift

3 staff on a late shift

2 waking nights

Additional 2 x core members of staff cover the whole day from 7am-10pm
