They enjoy lots of activities, including going out for walks, catching up with friends, listening to music, aromatherapy and keeping in touch with their families. They have a large shared garden which they love to use in the summer for events. However, they’re always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

There is also the expectation of being able to administer medication, however full training will be provided. This is a medically complex service so you will need to be able to communicate with health professionals.

Our shifts are usually 2 x 14 hour and 1 x 9 hour shifts per week, over 7 days on a rota basis
Experience of working in the social care or healthcare sector is essential in this role, as the people we support have a variety of healthcare and mobility needs. If you've also got experience in supporting non-verbal individuals, that would be a bonus!
