Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
The people we support have a variety of needs, such as Learning Disabilities, Downs syndrome, some are verbal and others are not, some people mobilise with support and some are independent.  One thing that they all have in common, is that they want to live their best lives possible! 
 
We'd like you to be inclusive, adaptable and with great passion for what you do! Also with experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.

You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
