Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required.  This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010

We are looking for a minimum of 30 hours currently for this particular service
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
We are recruiting for new staff to join our friendly and professional team, three lovely ladies and a wonderful gentlemen reside here, all with their own personalities bringing warmth, and their individual interests to the home.
 
A small care home filled with big hearts, and we love to have fun, with individual personalised care and support plans which are implemented and regularly reviewed and updated as needed to ensure the right care and support is given and received. We are looking for people who are committed, flexible, and great communicators who will listen to and respect what the people we support have to say.
 
We love a good party and having a good karaoke night, we are proud of our garden and love to get out and enjoy it and have worked very hard on it. We love a good BBQ in the garden and love to make the most of it.
 
We used to have a cat called Poppy, but now we would LOVE to have a dog! We all have different needs but we like to make our own choices and decisions, and have our own voice on how things are handled!
 
We would love to welcome new people to our support worker team those who care for us !
